International Sales Meeting 2026

Date: 27 – 28 February 2026

Venue: Vermont Sales Head Office, Suni Avenue, Corporate Park South

Vermont Sales staff are invited to attend the annual International Sales Meeting (ISM) 2026. The event will be hosted at our Head Office once again, with local staff attending daily and returning home in the evenings.

Dress Code

Vermont Sales branded shirt
Comfortable closed shoes (no open-toed shoes allowed)
Short pants are allowed (except for Herman and Cuan)

What to Bring

Name badge (points will be deducted for missing badges)
ISM 2025 folder (to be exchanged for your ISM 2026 folder)
Sunscreen
Hat
Water bottle
Warm jacket (just in case)
Dress-up outfit for the prize-giving ceremony on Saturday evening
Pen
Fully charged laptop (with an up-to-date customer list ready to use)
A healthy, fun attitude
A willingness to learn and grow

Prize Giving & Theme Evening

Please note that your team outfits for the ISM 2026 prize-giving evening will be judged. Points will be allocated, so make sure you dress to impress.

Important Notes

Alcohol consumption is not permitted on Friday night.
Saturday night arrangements will be communicated separately.

Registration & Indemnity

All attendees are required to register for this event and accept the indemnity during the booking process. Registration must be completed using your COD account number.

Indemnity Agreement

By selecting the “Accept Indemnity” tick box on the event booking page, I, the entrant, hereby indemnify and safeguard against loss, Vermont Sales (Pty) Ltd and all its partners, employees, facilitators, tenants, assessors and instructors against all acts, suits, proceedings, claims, demands, costs and/or expenses whatsoever which may be taken or made against, or be incurred, or become payable by it arising out of or in connection with any damage or injury caused or alleged to have been caused by or as a result of the training or demonstration provided.

Booking for this event constitutes your agreement as a visitor.

Any person who fails to follow procedure, endangers others or their own health and safety, or refuses a reasonable instruction may be instructed to leave the environment, area, lecture room or facility.

All visitors and contractors must ensure that they:

Abide by all Occupational Health and Safety Rules, Regulations and Policies adopted by the Company.
Do not interfere with any employee or work activity being carried out.
Take care of their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts or omissions.
Carry out any lawful instruction given by the employer or authorised employee.
Refrain from smoking on the premises and use designated smoking areas only.
Report any health and safety incidents to the employer or Security as soon as possible.
